Stellaris clearflag Command

<Flag Type> <Flag Name> <Target ID>
This command will remove the specified event flag from the specified target.
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Flag Type | The type of event flag you wish to clear towards a specified target (e.g. global). |
| Flag Name | The event flag you wish to clear. |
| Target ID | The ID of the target you wish to clear the event flag of. |
