Stellaris diplo_3rd_party Command
This command applies the diplomatic action with the specified ID between the two specified actor IDs (from a third party perspective).

| Diplomatic Action ID | The ID of the diplomatic action you wish to apply. |
| Actor ID | The actor ID of the party you wish to declare the diplomatic action. |
| Recipient Actor ID | The actor ID of the party you wish to receive the diplomatic action. |
Examples
- diplo_3rd_party action_offer_peace 18 83
This command causes the party with ID 18 to diplomatically offer peace to the party with ID 83.
- diplo_3rd_party action_demand_vassalization 12 52
This command causes the party with ID 25 to diplomatically demand vassalization to the party with ID 52.
