Stellaris debugtooltip Command
debugtooltip
This command will toggle (enable or disable) debug tooltips. Debug tooltips show things like planet IDs, population IDs, and other useful information in tooltips when you hover over things in the game.

Debug tooltips show IDs for things like ships, leaders, populations, planets, etc when you hover over them. If disabled, executing the above command will enable the feature. If enabled, executing the above command will disable the feature.
