This command adds the specified building to your currently selected celestial body.

| Building ID | The ID of the building you wish to add to your currently selected celestial body. |
Examples
- effect add_building = building_fortress
This command will add the 'Fortress' building to the selected celestial body.
- effect add_building = building_hive_warren
This command will add the 'Hive Warren' building to the selected celestial body.
